3. Write a sentence that describes what that value looks like in action – Make it clear and tangible.
   
4. Start noticing where that value is already showing up – In your actions, your team’s actions, and how you serve your clients.
   
5. Reinforce it – Call it out when you see it, celebrate it, and use it to guide your decisions and feedback.
