We are so excited to welcome Zach Fagerberg on the podcast today! Zach is a wellness coach and mindset mentor who is here to share with us all about wellness. After growing up with a “my body is my hobby” mindset, Zach was able to flip a switch and focus on more well rounded health. 

While we tend to just think of nutrients and exercise as the main parts of our physical wellness, there are other areas with the same amount of impact. This thought led Zach to discovering the 4 Pillars of Wellness. These 4 pillars are: physical activity, nutrients, rest, and mindset. Each of these areas are equally important in our overall health and wellbeing.

It’s important to remember that wellness is a process not an end goal. We will be working on our wellness forever so we shouldn’t make it a short term game. If you play the game infinitely then you’ll win.
