Being a business owner can be stressful and delegating can feel scary, but Ashley has built a company that successfully solves that problem! We started our businesses because we have tactical skills to contribute in our industry, but let’s take a timeout today to get business development help. We need to think of our business like a business owner..

• 7:47 - Where did this idea come from that you can do it all? Leaders in big businesses don’t do it all. In fact those who delegate, make it further and start seeing profit faster.
• 12:55 - Delegate the tasks that don’t need to be done by you. This allows you to spend more time on the things that bring in money, like networking events and client calls. Make space for financial growth for your business. We love to think about delegation in terms of the return on your investment. What is the best use of your time?
• 18:38 - Marketing is nothing more than sharing how you can help. Thinking about it this way takes the pressure off of sales. We just want to help.
• 20:09 - Delegation doesn’t just take tasks off your plate, it takes them off your mind. But, in order for this to really work, you need to completely pass ownership off to someone else.
