One thing we always had going for us... even at 300+ pounds... we put in the work of exercise. This only goes to show that you can't "out exercise" a bad diet! From playing sports as kids, to joining gyms, trying different classes, personal trainers, home gyms, running, walking, hiking, OTF, bootcamp, cross fit... you name it, we've done it! We didn't LOVE it all. But we found what worked for us and kept showing up!
