This is part 3 of our overeating series where we discuss emotional eating. Listen as we share what emotional eating means to us, as well as the ways that we find ourselves emotionally eating. Next we discuss the ways we've worked toward eliminating this unhealthy coping mechanism. We certainly haven't perfected it, but after years of hard work we are armed we the tools we need to do the hard work.
