Description

Whose side are we on? Whose side is God on? Those are big questions we ask, especially when violence erupts. And it's hard to figure out the answers because when we read the Bible the way we're used to reading it, we ignore the stories that make us uncomfortable and we miss the bigger message. I had no idea what would be happening in Israel and Palestine when I planned this summer to talk about the stories in Obadiah and Nahum at his point in the series, but, strangely enough, when we look beneath the surface these books give us a window into where we need to be follow God. Let me know what you think.
