And the effect of righteousness will be peace, and the result of righteousness; quietness and trust forever. My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places.”

Exhale: Jesus, help me find true rest in You.
Inhale: My mind feels chaotic.
Exhale: Jesus, thank you for securing my peace, forever. Fill me with it.
Inhale: My body is finite and physical rest lasts for a moment.
Exhale: Thank you Jesus that you have given me peace, right now, that lasts for eternity.
