Exhale: Jesus, slow me down. Help me recognize the power of giving YOU space in my life.
Inhale: I often fill, fill, fill myself up with anything and everything that will give immediate satisfaction.
Exhale: Jesus, I know that what you give is better. Will YOU fill me with joy that is inexpressible?
