Inhale: I am easily irritated and restless when it comes to waiting.
Exhale: Jesus, be my peace in these moments and transform my perspective.
Inhale: I often go down a negative spiral when I’m asked to be patient for things out of my control.
Exhale: Jesus, help me delight and find pleasure in the moment you have given me. Give me eyes, help me look up and around for what you have for me right now.
Inhale: My words to others can often be spiteful and rushed when I feel forced to be patient.
Exhale: Jesus, help me love others well while I am learning patience.
