Kale Klendworth is a very successful entrepreneur, who has blended his unique background with a diverse set of practical strategies that have built him into one of the best recruiters in the world today. Growing up on a multi-generational crop farm, the expectations were always set to a high level for Kale. From sun up to sun down, he would watch his father, uncle, and grandpa work very hard to build a successful farming operation and create a strong brand within the community. It was there he first started to appreciate the importance of hard work and laying the foundation for the success principles he would put into practice later in life. Kale entered the staffing and recruiting industry and quickly established himself as one of the industry’s top subject matter experts. He eventually branched out and started his own agricultural recruiting firm (Agricruit) and industrial staffing agency (Klendworx) where he has now been able to help thousands. In his free time, Kale spends his time playing golf, catching a few beach days, as well as watch baseball and football. He and his wife, Alexis, are the proud parents of their newborn son, Drake.
