Wayne got his Bachelors and Masters from California State University, Long Beach and his Doctorate from Pepperdine University.
Wayne has held multiple roles within Long Beach State Athletics, including "Coordinator of Campus Scholarship and Development," "Coordinator of Athletics Development," and "Senior Associate Athletic Director." Wayne also spent 4 years at New Mexico State University as their "Associate Athletic Director of Development."
Wayne is currently the "VP of Development" for Special Olympics Southern California.
