Constantly pursuing God has it’s challenges.
How to know you’re in His will.
How to continue to have that fire stirred up from the Lord.
We got through our own wilderness seasons where we may question God or might want to ‘experiment’ with living in the world.
Regardless, the Lord want’s to continue to allow us to live for Him.
Jesus died, so we may LIVE!
Here are 4 ways to pursue God consistently.
#1 Godly & Spiritual Counsel
1 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the [a]ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; (Psalm 1:1)
#2 Environments to grow spiritually
25 But when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose. (Matthew 9:25)
Who’s in the room? Jesus put out those that ridiculed Him THEN did the miracle to raise Jairus daughter.
#3 Connections that are equally yoke
33 Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.” (1 Corinthians 15:33)
#4 Constant Prayer & The Word of God
The church grew in the book of Acts because of prayer & the word of God
40 And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation.” 41 Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. 42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.
Stay planted in the LORD!
