How to love unconditionally biblically.
John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
First there are different types of spirits that don't allow a person to love.
Critical spirits
Judgmental spirits,
Witchcraft,
Manipulation,
Controlling spirits,
Spirit of rejection,
Spirit of offense,
Spirit of fear.
These spirits won't allow us to love without conditions.
True love is loving without conditions.
How can I love unconditionally?
Recognize that we must love WITHOUT someone meeting a certain condition, requirement or expectation.
The best way to find love is to find God.
10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation of our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. (1 John 4:10)
The love that God gives is agape love.
That agape love is sacrificial love.
If somebody really loves. They are willing to give without gain.
4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 5 They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. 6 We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this, we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. (1 John 4:4-6)
The world will say love is love, but that is not biblical.
God is love.
But love is NOT God.
Loving unconditionally. It heals us, helps us, grows us, & allows others to experience the love of God.
We are fighting a spiritual battle. So we must pray & ask the Lord if we're dealing with any of those spirits that I mentioned above.
The first step to getting delivered & rescued from evil is recognizing you need deliverance.
Recognize what the hindrance or bondage may be.
Repent from things that don’t please God.
Renew your mind everyday.
So we've got to continue to walk in the spirit & allow the Holy Spirit to reign in your life.
