Today we're going to look into our culture's history of prudishness and how that has led us down a long road of highly misguided shame, confusion, and fear. In 2024, I'm inspired by the budding awareness I've seen in folks finally starting to make themselves comfortable around this topic, and this episode is my attempt to jump in on the conversation.
