In this episode, I'm going to talk about a topic that came up during the coaching call. I've observed from the questions raised that they didn't really know what to expect during maintenance and so that got me thinking about my relationship with food, how I view food, and how I use it in my life. I hope you don't miss it as I'm going to share why I think it's really important to start this conversation off with. I believe that we all have different needs and the idea that one size fits all doesn't fit anybody well.
