In this episode, we explore the conversation of grief and loss.  Our friend Adam presented this topic as a discussion and we dove in.  Like all of our conversations we dive deep, find some lightness and laughter and give you something to consider.  So don't delete this one before you give it a listen.  We discover it's honoring the feelings that may or may not be as big as they were at the time of them happening and giving ourselves the permission to do that.  We dive into the idea of starting from the outside (your body) and then going in (the feelings and sensations), and how can you tend to the things that came up for you.  We ask the tough questions, identifying the numbing agents and provide options for shifting into coping behaviors that serve your highest good.
