In this episode we talk about an exercise Shakira has in her morning routine that identifies her mood and how she's feeling. Rather than this feeling being about what you think it "should" be, how can we articulate our feelings and just allow them to be as they are? As we define our feelings we talk about taking action from a space of love and confidence rather than fear and the "shoulds" that don't belong to you.
