This episode begins with body image, diet culture and the value we place on ourselves with the number on the scale.  In this episode we talk about reconstructing definitions that have been defined for us or those that we are reconsidering as we journey through our forties.  We explore the pathway to self compassion through the sliding scale we discovered in acceptance.   We tackle body image, diet culture and the value we place on ourselves with the number on the scale.   We toy with the concept of our bodies recomposing and eliminating the mind-fuckery of identity and perception.  We  find empowerment in understanding who we are and what this all means for us and what feels real as we move forward towards what's attainable and realistic.
