This section begins the 2nd half of Isaiah. We see that Israel/Judah, Cyrus King of Persia, and a 3rd person (The Suffering Servant), are all servants of the Lord. The Holy One of Israel is Creator of the Earth with the purpose to fulfill it, and what He has done is not in vain. We also see that there are two choices, either accept Him as God and bow a knee or reject Him as God and be put to shame.
