In this video, Faisal interviews one of his own clients, Alec DilLorenzo, to discuss how coaching has changed Alec’s life. After finding himself unfulfilled by his engineering role, Alec became drawn to the concept of financial freedom -- being able to do what he wanted on his own timeline. Through the guidance of coaching, he decided to go down the path of real estate investing but found that it didn’t speak to his soul in the way he had expected.
However, through the coaching process and his personal development work, he discovered that he genuinely loved helping his team find solutions to the struggles they faced. Alec realized that what he really wanted to do in life is help other people figure out what lights them up within their accomplishments. Doubling down on this venture, Alec invested in one-on-one coaching in order to maximize and speed up his results
His personal development journey has given him the confidence to recognize his own value, create intentionality in his relationships, stand assured in his opinions, and conquer fears enabling him to create emotionally-positive attitudes. Coaching helped Alec find his calling; he now endeavors to assist others in doing the same.
