In 1955 a man comes forward claiming to have witnessed a government experiment in which a Naval vessel was teleported, all while invisible.
The events leading up to the experiment, and those that came after, have left many scratching their heads. What did happen on that night in 1943 in Philadelphia?
Is it all just an elaborate hoax, the raving of a madman? Or did something happen that night, that was the catalyst for many of the secret government projects most of us know about today, and the ones we don't?
