Increasingly Christian writers, thinkers, and theologians are appreciating that the words “God is love”, as D. A. Carson once observed, often sit in a matrix very different to that of biblical theology. Is the church in danger of collapsing all of God’s attributes into the single attribute of love? Or is talking about God in any other way but love, a distorted portrayal of him? This week Pete and the curious team will seek to address some form of balance in examining the nature of God
