Several weeks ago I received a letter in the mail that made me feel amazing. Yes, a good, old fashioned piece of paper. It was to notify me that I have been named a 2021 Diversity Advocacy Award by the National Association of Minority Auto Dealers (NAMAD). I wrote a post about it here.
It really got me thinking about the phrase "I see you." An acknowledgement of your intention, work, and heart. I go deeper in this weeks episode and hope you will join me on my quest to encourage others with those three simple words.
