- Sometimes we forget to look at what did work
- It’s easy to look at the negatives and the things we didn’t do and we forget to look at the things we did do, which were great!
- Step two is to Dream - Do you take the time to dream?
- Dreaming is the fun part of the process
- The third step is strategizing
- Step 4 is to take action. Not planning can cause big mistakes in your business - Rachel learned this lesson the hard way.
