According to Webster’s Dictionary, the definition of “tired” is drained of strength and energy; fatigued often to the point of exhaustion; obviously worn by hard use; run down. But what are the sources of becoming “tired?” Is it mental, physical, caused by inbalances in hormones, wrong food choices, or lack of sleep, to name a few. There are more variables that lead to being tired than riders and racers realize.
Today we will look at four specific variables that have a direct influence on your perception (and possible reality) of being tired, and discuss things you can do to offset these symptoms and get back to living and performing at your best!
