Description

We are celebrating International Women's Day by talking about what we've learned as women who have bought and sold homes during our youth,  divorce, and as a result of a death.

Can you believe it wasn't even 50 years ago that a woman needed a man to sign for a loan in the purchase of home? We're thankful things have changed,  and we know that empowering other women requires us to continue to share the lessons nobody taught us about buying and selling real estate.

We get a little personal, so we hope you can leave some non-judgmental space for us to explain what we know, and how we know it.

We discuss what we wish we had known as young homebuyers, some myths about selling or purchasing a home in a break up, and estate planning that will ensure your belongings end up in the right hands.
