This podcast contains an audio replay from the Introduction to  Mindfulness Meditation course I gave in 2022. There are a total of four classes that will be published on Mondays between January 16-Feb 6, 2023.  The topics are 1) Introduction to Mindfulness - Mindfulness of the Breath; 2) Mindfulness of the Body; 3) Mindfulness of Emotions and 4) Mindfulness of Thoughts.
