After getting back from a 2 week vacation I was looking for some motivation to get back to my daily routine. The problem is that the only motivation that exists is my bodies base programming.
This base programming is known as the motivational triad and it governs everything our brain wants us to do:
This three things are the only thing we as humans are "motivated" to do.
We aren't motivated to work out, eat healthy, or work harder. So STOP 🛑 looking for motivation!
Instead I share how I deal with a lack of motivation to do the things that are good for me in this week's episode.
