From taking the plunge and buying her first flip property at auction after doing all the free education she could absorb, Ruth Hunter now runs Veredus Property investment. It hasn't been a smooth path though - through having to refund all her wedding events at the dawn of the Covid pandemic and then selling the family home to move back to rented accommodation to free up the cash to start again, Ruth has used grit and all the training to her advantage and now boasts a high-end HMO portfolio and contracts with a housing charity which tick all her boxes for being financially independent, helping others and using her expertise to create wealth with her investment partners.
Sharing tips on how to stack deals with the exit in mind, leveraging good training and a daily mindset and health routine, Ruth is an inspiration for anyone starting out in property!
