Charlie Tarr has been investing in property for 15 years having started out teaming up with the boss of a gambling business to put the profits to work in property with carte blanche. He worked to his strengths, pursued what piqued his interest. After building a sizeable HMO portfolio and realising what EVERYONE needs is a capable property development platform he launched Stacked in 2021. There are now more than 2,000 users on the platform handling £300,00,000 of assets at all stages of property development. By applying the principle that all deals should have the best access to data, processing and investment opportunities Stacked allows anyone to take a plot or a hulk through to market. Anyone can have a go at stacking a deal using Excel, but by standardising a project it makes it a more confident process for developers and investors alike.
