Helen Turner was with COHO on day one with zero paying clients and in a short time realised how the tech start-up was solving so many pain-points for tenants and HMO operators with their platform. Today COHO is looking to double it's 7,000 managed tenancies across the UK by listening to it's cliets from both sides, add more features and life & time-saving processes to become THE platform for tenants to find each other and their next home.
From an HMO management point of view there is nothing more important than having efficient, compliant systems that are reliable and save time - COHO does all of this and keeps adding smart, data-driven functionality all the time.
Helen tells us how the tech start-up has at it's core an amazing culture of driven people, based remotely and worldwide with no set working hours who have pushed COHO to the success it enjoys and the ambitious goals it sets for the near future.
