Oliver has spent 30 years in the tech and telecommunications industry, leading people and businesses across markets, with him living in countries such as Singapore, UK, Germany, Canada and Finland - and has since made the transition to help fellow executives in complex leadership roles. I met Oliver at a coaching workshop and I find him to be a deeply reflective person with a sense of humour and wit. Now, what does it take to do adapt to changes well? Let’s find out….
