This week, Mia and Adrienne sit down with Amanda. An SATX native, Amanda shares her experiences with yoga after losing her father to cancer and her work with teaching yoga to kids, teens and adults inside mental health facilities. From hot tears and deep work, to teaching those impacted with trauma, addiction and mental health, Amanda serves as a strong, confident yogi to those that need it the most.
