In Part 1 of today's episode, we first stop, reflect, and say good job...to me! As an Uppity Black Woman, a woman who is NOT a regular B*tch, I often forget that not everyone operates the way that I do, and it's important to stop and celebrate milestones. Episode 10 is a milestone. This year has been transformational for me, and it's not lost on me that this episode is right around my 42nd Birthday. 41-42 was a ride, and I would not change it for anything. My eyes are clear, my heart is full - I can't lose! At Level 42, we don't carry sh*t that does not belong to us.
In part 2 of today's episode, I retell an incredible stressful time for me during the recent Holidays, where it was reinforced to me, that it is important to commit to our boundaries and love people from afar (including loving as*holes and muthaf*ckas).
