Description

What we are not fuxing with today is denying the personal work it takes to truly love people from afar.  Sis, truly loving ourselves means we have to accept people as they are. Accepting people as they are may mean there are people that are no longer a part of your daily interactions, but you love them anyway. You have compassion for them because you see them from a space of love, but you love your self enough to disentangle yourself from any relationships that do not nourish you.

In this episode I revisit a very recent interaction with my ex-husband, a dude who I thought I was doing a good job of loving from afar, but as I analyzed closer, I really do not accept him for who he is. And because of this, my very limited interactions cause me incredible stress. We revisit this concept of love, and loving, using the works of Don Miguel Ruiz, and consider how do we love people from afar, even the ones who may be m*thaf**kas (they deserve love too!)
