A major emphasis of the sandbox is expanding what we mean when we say hybrid. We move beyond the technological, although include it as a way to value the way we gather in both personal and digital spaces, but also how hybridity shapes who we are- or what is called intersectionality- what we do, where we exercise our vocation, and with whom we collaborate.
Episode 1.2 builds upon our conversation that and the firm conviction that values center, shape, and ground your leadership in hybrid spaces. As we expand on our understanding of these values, one thing that is important would be to unpack a bit of the assumed value- hybridity.
