Description

We return for the final portion of episode three as we reflect on our organizational values in alignment with our personal leadership values, with guests Rev. Canon ROSA LEE Lee HARDEN and Rev. Dr. LeRoy Barber.

The concluding chapter of each episode hinges on assessment and evaluation of our work and leadership. The main question we are asking this week, why is this important in a leader's work in the midst of change, especially as it relates to values alignment?

The Rev. Canon Rosa Lee Harden has quite an extensive bio, and some of you may be familiar with her work. A self-described social entrepreneur, to include service as a CEO of a Silicon Valley start-up, Rosa Lee is also an ordained Episcopal priest and the executive producer of Neighborhood Economics, a national convening that brings together leaders and practitioners in the field, to include Faith + Finance.  And, if you need more proof of her awesomeness, Rosa Lee is also a ballroom dancer and fabric artist!

She is joined with Rev. Dr. LeRoy Barber, Executive Director of Neighborhood Economics. A fierce advocate for individuals experiencing homelessness, youth empowerment, and education, Rev. Dr. Barber has served on the boards of the Simple Way, Missio Alliance, The Evangelical Environmental Network, and chaired the Christian Community Development Association. Rev. Barber was licensed and ordained at Mt. Zion Baptist Church and is the author of four books.
