In this episode, Robin selects a social media thread from one of her favorite Facebook Groups - “Late Bloomer Lesbians + Support Group”. One of the Admins., Cariann Moore, starts what turns out to be, one of the most meaningful and “therapeutic” threads that overwhelmingly aligns with Robin’s core Coming Out Late values and opinions that she simply HAD to share it. Robin strongly believes that the initial post, and the thread of comments and solicited advice that follows, could be used as a Coming Out Late handguide. The overall theme, “It Is Ok”, addresses feeling the feels, the emotional roadblocks, and thinking versus feeling, to name a few!

In this episode, you will learn…

• “It is ok” to be afraid, to not know what you are doing, and to ask a lot of questions.
• “It is ok” to still want to be with men, or to not want to leave your marriage.
• It's okay to be a lesbian. It's okay to be a bisexual. It's okay to be Trans. It's okay to be non-binary. It's okay not to know what you are and/or choose no label at all!
• We are all on different journeys, and our paths and perspectives are built on our own life experiences.
• Lean-in to your feelings. It’s okay to feel those. Feeling your feelings is ALL you need to do. Feel and breathe.
• There is no urgency to *do* anything, just BE.
• Take the time to process the changes!
• There is no right way or one-way to do any of this. YOUR path is the right one.
