Although this quote is intended for the dynamic between spouses or partners, it really resonates with me during the period of time of my great resignation. I was changing, but I didn't realize the impact it was going to have on all of my relationships. In this episode, I'll be sharing and unpacking shifts in conversations in my relationships, the changing dynamics at home, with my work-related friendships, and with those I meet for the first time. These shifts were remarkable and unanticipated.
