In her book Building the Business of You, Connie Steele defines a career mashup as "the career of the future, and quite frankly, the present in which workers are able to merge the breadth of their skills interests, passions, and experiences into a career that fits the person’s whole self."
In this episode, I’ll be talking about MY career mashup. Since my great resignation in March of 2021, I have yearned for a way to put the best of my skills and talents to use and also grow in my passion spaces. For me, no single full-time position has been able to capture all of those things. Instead, I’m on the journey of creating my own path, my own career mashup.
