Even though I’m a life and weight loss coach…I’m still a human. A human who gets off track sometimes.
This past week threw me for a loop. ALL the big emotions came up for me, and I ate WAY too many ice cream sandwiches…washed down with a martini or two (okay, FINE, three).
I ate things and drank things to get out of feeling some really uncomfortable emotions.
It’s normal.
It happens.
BUT I got myself back on track.
I didn’t use this as an excuse to beat myself up or to STAY off the rails for weeks or months.
I caught myself heading off track and I gently, compassionately brought myself back using some incredible coaching techniques.
