Often we do not know how to pray, or we feel like we babble on. Luckily for us, our Lord Jesus has given us some guidelines for how we should pray while also giving us the perfect prayer in the Lord's prayer. In today's episode, we will break down Matthew 6: 5-15. We will see how Jesus tells us to pray and where our hearts should be when praying. The Lord's prayer is a beautiful, perfect, and special prayer that Jesus taught his disciples and followers; therefore, it must be spoken with an open heart, sincerity, and reverence. If we do not speak this prayer with these things in mind, they are mere words without meaning to us. Even if we do not pray this specific prayer every time, it is an excellent guide to follow when modeling your prayers to God.
