Guest: Josh Shetler (rugby)
I am admittedly not a big rugby guy. My sister played in high school and then some internationally, but I have never really learned a lot about the world of college rugby for the MLR…but my guest today was able to help me wrap my head around that world.
His name is Josh Shetler and he is an outstanding rugby player from the University of Tennessee. He was a part of the national championship team last year and right now he’s training and preparing for the MLR combine that will lead to their draft.
You should be able to follow his new career in Major League Rugby very soon!
Josh does his training at D1, and he talks a little in this interview about how he’s gotten a lot quicker and more explosive since he’s being working out here.
