Description

This episode features my first international guest, Matias Sorevik.

Together, we talk about:

Enjoy!!

Matias Bio:
I am a Norwegian Social Entrepreneur and Leadership Coach.

I started my professional career in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, and thereafter I studied economic geography. Upon graduation, I worked full-time in Sales and Customer Relationship Management. During this time, I learned essential career skills in terms of leadership, people management and mindset development. My experiences from working in an international and diverse environment, provided me with a unique understanding of cultural differences and workplace communities across the World.Β

Eventually, I decided to move onto the field of entrepreneurship and social innovation, that I now work on. Using personal experiences from my school days as a teenager, combined with lessons learned from my professional career and travels across Europe, I work towards helping young people with identifying their interests, develop their leadership skills, and motivate them to find what drives them during their personal journeys.

I believe that there is a solution to every problem, and therefore continuously look for new knowledge to identify new opportunities, and make those available for all, in order to create social innovation and possibilities for everyone.
