Thomas Harris, Jr., MHA, FACHE is the Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare. With over 23 years of healthcare experience, Thomas is recognized as a highly skilled and results driven leader with expertise in the areas of change management, performance improvement and strategic planning. He is currently responsible for patient care operations spanning hospital, clinic, ancillary and integrated care services for all Gillette sites, including virtual care. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Dillard University and master’s degree in Health Administration from Tulane University.

Thomas resides in Woodbury, Minnesota with his wife, Aja and daughter, Bella.
