About Craig:
Craig Blain is a physical activity behaviour change specialist with over 20 years of experience in the physical activity sector. Craig holds a wealth of knowledge and understanding from developing his skills within the public, private and charity sector for physical activity focused organisation and providers, including some of the UK’s largest governing bodies of sport - developing recreational physical activity programmes for cycling and running, as well as most recently being the National Policy Lead for Physical Activity and Health at UK Coaching – supporting the development of coaching practice to bring community activity and health closer together.
In 2020, Craig founded Move Consulting. Move is a physical activity related behaviour change specialist organisation which focuses on helping organisations to better understand how to consider behaviour change theory in their work and practices to support more people to move.
