In this week's episode I am talking to Katie Knapton who is a physio with a special interest in women's health and incontinence. We discuss the importance of the topics of the pelvic floor and incontinence and the huge numbers of women impacted when things aren't functioning in the way we would like.

About Katie:
Katie Knapton, is a chartered physiotherapist with over 30 years of musculoskeletal experience within the NHS and latterly in her own private practice in West Sussex.

She runs an online clinic called PhysioFast Online working with Boots and other large companies. She is passionate on educating and promoting personalised health, diagnosis and best management. She teaches Physiotherapy students and does regular public speaking. 

Katie has a special interest in Women's Health and is involved with spreading the word about incontinence, menopause symptoms and ageing and what we can do to help ourselves. Also involved in promoting an active and rewarding old age for all.
