In this Ask Me Anything episode, I answer, “Is it okay to try to recruit someone who already has a direct sales business?”
The short answer to the question is yes, as long as you use best practices.
When team building is part of your everyday routine, you’ll naturally invite everyone, including other direct sellers, to learn more about the opportunity. You’ll also be inclusive in your recruiting activities.
However, I think there is one thing that I wouldn’t be doing if someone were already a direct seller, and in this episode, I explain what it is and why I wouldn’t do it.
I also share how to answer typical questions they may ask and how to launch and onboard someone who is with another company.
