In this episode, I explain my 3-part system that I created for direct sellers so that you achieve your goals.

The first step is to create a vision for what you want, not only for your business but also for your life. Your business should fit into your life and be a vehicle to live the life you desire. 

The second step is to set a goal that aligns with your vision. Some people make the mistake of thinking that their vision is their goal, and as a result, they lose momentum between goals. 

Your goal is a milestone within your vision. Your vision is limitless because it’s constantly changing and evolving. As you get closer to your goal, your vision will grow because you’ll see more and more possibilities. 

The third step is making a plan that aligns with your goal and vision. The mistakes that a lot of direct sellers make are that they use the same plan over and over again or they use a cookie-cutter plan that someone else created. 

Your plan needs to be individualized for you because your vision is unique to you.
 
Following a plan that someone else creates might get you to your goal, but it might hinder your vision from becoming a reality.
