In this episode, I share the eight Cs of success and explain how to use them. You need all eight as a direct seller if you want to have a successful business.
Curiosity - Treat your business like an experiment and ask yourself questions to determine what’s working and what needs to be tweaked. Listen to this episode with curiosity, and ask yourself how you can apply the content to your business.
Courage - Fear is your biggest obstacle to growth. It takes courage to put yourself out there, leave your comfort zone, and take risks. If you don’t approach your business with courage, you won’t grow. I give you some simple things you can do to increase your courage.
Content - Consume content that’s right for you and is taught by people who know their stuff and teach in a way that works with your learning style. Apply the content you consume.
Coaching - You can’t train your way through the career plan. Coaching will help you get unstuck, see other options, and apply the content you learn. Coaching will help you move past fear.
Community - A peer-based community will cheer for you and give you unbiased feedback. You’ll make more progress because you’ll all benefit from the collective energy of success.
Consistency - Your business is made up of small actions, and when you consistently perform those actions, they add up to big results. Consistency is a mindset. Coaching, content, and community will help you be consistent.
Commitment - You have to commit to yourself and your success because no one cares about your business or your success as much as you do. Whether you’re working your business full-time or in the nooks and crannies, commitment is important.
Cool - Be cool. Know that your success is inevitable. Everything is happening for you. Focus on what’s going right rather than what’s not going the way you hoped.
Incorporate all eight Cs. When things don’t go your way, get curious. Increase your comfort zone and get used to facing challenges by being courageous. Lean into content to increase your skills and confidence. Get coaching to reframe situations and discover solutions. Be part of a community of other people who are using the eight Cs so that you benefit from the collective energy of success. Commit to doing all of these things consistently, and of course, do everything by being cool.
